Recommended washing temperature between 30°C and 40°C. Use delicate cycle, normal rinse, and spin drying. Avoid using a tumble dryer, or if necessary, use very low heat. Note that bamboo fabric may shrink with high temperatures.

Initiate the first baths with a swaddle to create comfort and a sense of security during this special moment.

However, it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours after birth before giving the first bath.

You swaddle your baby loosely. Fold your swaddle in the form of a triangle (you can play with the length, depending on the length of your baby), lay your baby on it and flex arms and legs, and fold the 3 points of the triangle inwards.

You can give a swaddle bath for many months as long as both you and your baby enjoy this moment of calmness. 

It is noted that some caregivers like to stop swaddling once the baby isn't stressed anymore for bath time.

In general the towel can be used from birth till about 12 months.

2. Obtaining a Return Label: To receive a return label through our return service, please contact us at laura@elifant.shop. Return shipping costs can be paid on the designated webpage, and you will receive a return label to attach to your package.

3. Condition of Items: Please ensure that the products are unused, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Labeling the Package: Customers are responsible for printing and affixing the return label to the package securely.

5. Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
